Project Summary:

Glisan and 74th will consist of 137 units of affordable housing, serving families and individuals at 30% and 60% Area Median Income (“AMI”). Forty-one (41) units will be set aside for Permanent Supportive Housing (“PSH”) intended to serve homeless households, or at-risk of homelessness. The remaining Ninety-Six (96) units are intended to serve families. The project will consist of studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units ranging in size from 400 SF to 1,200 SF. Restricted rents range from $507-$1,616 per month. The project will serve low-income households and will include robust wrap around services delivered by Catholic Charities and culturally specific family services through IRCO.
