Quincy is a third generation Portlander with a background in urban planning, community development, and anti-displacement strategic planning. Quincy’s work focuses on the intersection of transit oriented development, urban design, and equity. He has worked with underserved communities across the West Coast to ensure that they have a voice in planning, development, and policy making.
Maris' work sits at the intersection of resiliency planning, justice-driven development, and intentional collaboration. In the past four years, Maris has engaged with this work across three continents, including international policy negotiations in Sweden, climate decentralization solutions in Uruguay, and international political advocacy in Washington, DC.
