We bring our future to the decision-making table

Building integrity into public and private projects

Some of today's most relevant expertise comes from the young adults who embody our current challenges and our future potential.

Often, these stakeholders have immense barriers to entry in decision-making— despite in-depth education, knowledge, and lived experience.

We All Rise is committed to involving young professionals in decision-making alongside local governments and private companies.

Our contracts play an important role in giving institutional players access to young, diverse expertise—transforming the make-up of community development projects across sectors.

We are the very people we aim to uplift.

FEATURED SURVEY

Affordable Housing
on 74th & Glisan

As a firm born in the Pacific Northwest and dedicated to deepening integrity and diversity, we believe strongly in the dynamism of the Willamette Valley and recognize diversity as key to the region’s long-term vitality. Montavilla is home to 17,889 with a population density of around 5,300 residents per square mile. In order to tackle the housing issue in Portland, in 2018, voters approved a $652.8 million affordable housing bond measure to create permanently affordable homes across Washington, Clackamas, and Multnomah counties. We are currently working with Related Northwest on an affordable housing development on 74th and Glisan Request for Proposal. In order to further understand the community and their hopes for this property, we have created a short survey. The PHB stresses the importance of leading with racial equity, creating opportunities for those in need, and ensuring long-term benefits and good use of public dollars. Our survey will allow us to further understand the importance of protecting and enhancing this multicultural neighborhood with the affordable housing project. This includes understanding the communities attitudes towards building amenities, protecting local businesses, creating opportunities for low income individuals
